I'm not sure what it is you are looking for here...perhaps you can give some details about what solution you have in place and the errors/issues you're seeing? Your question is so general it's difficult to help.

To improve performance of your VPN Connections, look to improve the processor and memory on both sides of the connection (client and server) that is required to support the additional encapsulation and encryption.

Also, look for network bottlenecks, the VPN connection might not be the problem but your WAN link may be.
