W2K Advanced Server Terminal Services

By tjswann ·
We are currently testing W2K Terminal Services in our organization. Does anyone have any idea of how to disable the annoying 90 day limit for licensing? Registry key? (Besides using the admin mode) Thanks.

The only way to "disable" the limit is to use a license server and actually purchase the licenses you need. The TS will allow 50 temporary licenses that are assigned PER-CONNECTION. That means once you connect with a certain machine, it has a license for that machine only. The only other way to possible get around that problem is to use W2K Pro, they come with a built in license. You could also try connecting using the TSWEB application and use your browser instead of the actual Tsclient software.
