Absolutely! You'll need to install one of the Server versions, of course, not the Pro variety, which can only be used as a client.

You do not have the option during installation to make it a DC. Once installation is complete. You can run dcpromo or use the "Configure your server" wizard to create a DC

Win2K Server installs by default as a standalone server. To make it a DC, you need to run a program called "dcpromo" or go to Admin Tools and run Configure Your Server applet. Hope this helps!
