If you are using W2K workstation do the following:

1. Go to Start | Settings | Network and Dial-up Connections.

2. If you don't have a Dial-up connection icon setup already for you ISP, click on "Make new connection". Follow the Wizard's prompts to setup your connection.

3. When finished, right click on the icon and open properties. Click on the Sharing tab. Then click on the Networking tab and make sure you only have Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) checked.

If you are using W2K server Ibelieve the process is very simiular.

Your done! Good Luck
