    W2K Networking

    Locked

    by dalejrfan ·

I am running W2K RC-1 on my machine @ work. When I browse the network, I am only able to see Novell Servers. I do not see any Microsoft Clients, whether or not they are clients or servers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the Client for Microsoft Networks installed?

When you click “My Network Places”, click the “Entire Network” you can see in the left most side the option to “show entire content”, then check the options you have in the main window, I also suffer from the same problem from some strange reason…

      Oded.

Check if you have properly configure “client for microsoft networks”

use find/PC and look for a PC in your network

i recommend you upgrade to rc-3. this problems happen to me and desappears when i upgrade.
