Web enabled help desk

I'm biased, because I work for the company, but I can suggest a 100% browser based service desk called Magic Total Service Desk. You can view details of the product at http://www.nai.com/ - look for Magic TSD. There is also a on-line demo that can be accessed from that site.

Magic does do time tracking, and knowledgebase, as well as asset management and a few other goodies. Invoicing should be available shortly.

If you need any more information, please just ask!

www.helptrac.com At this site, there are demo d-loads. We use this program for about 20 techs in our organization. We have over 200 clients and this program is very good with a lot of security built in.

Tivoli is most impressive, many extras. Demo on www.tivoli.com. I don't work for them or IBM. Have fun.
