What are they trying to tell me to do?

The Outlook Express? Slide-Show cannot be displayed unless scripting is enabled. You need to turn on scripting in the security settings for the Zone you read mail in. Look under Tools|Options|Security to set security settings for a particular Zone.

This is asking you to allow "scripting" ? programming to run with your e-mail message..
At the location indicated you would change the security zone to Internet zone rather than Resticted. Don't do this unless you know where the attachment is coming from and you have a good anti-virus program.
