The Fujitsu K Supercomputer???

by robo_dev In reply to What's the amount of RAM ...

It takes up like a 250-thousand square foot data center

http://www.fujitsu.com/global/news/pr/archives/month/2010/20100928-01.html

Each board has four processors and 32 memory modules, and there are 80,000 Processors, which means there are 20,000 boards x 32 = 640,000 memory modules. If these are 8GB ram modules, then you do the math.

It probably has something like 4000 TB of storage, but disk configuration will vary, depending on task from 700TB to 'whatever it takes'
