What do you think? If you have VoIP in your organization, what were the top factors that drove you to VoIP?

  In addition to quality of calls there should be provision of VoIP solutions and services. The provider should offer:
  
  -VoIP Reseller Platform
  -Managed VoIP and NOC service
  -VoIP PBX solutions including call forwarding, call waiting, speed dialing.
  -Callback service and
  -PC Phone Calling.
  
  More features are also available. Just keep in mind the VoIP minutes and routes the provider is offering.
