    Where do you find good talent?

    I am a lone wolf consultant with too much work! Looking to hire a qualified Mac, PC and network consultant to help, but candidates from Craigslist either don’t have the talents or aren’t client-approvable.

    Where do you find good talent? I am in the West L.A. area.

      I agree, I’ve had no luck with craigs list, Lots of people “know someone thats good with computers” but that seldom pans out. Have you tried the local schools? JC’s sometimes have apprentice programs, could also talk with some of the companies you don’t do business with, find out who they use and hire them. I’m looking too, Good Luck
