I am looking to upgrade a Win2K server and was thinking of going to SMS2003. I have 2 servers. One running Exchange and one for File/Print services. Could I get some feedback, recommandations or thougthts about going one way or the other?

Check out the Microsoft SBS site for full specs but you can have a member server (in your case an F&P) as well as the main server for SBS 2003.

SBS is an excellent product for small business but limited to 50 2000 users and 75 2003 users.

If you dont need SQL or ISA buy the new standard edition and save your money.

BTW Just cos it says it can cope with 75 users doesnt mean your Hardware will cope. Eg you have a 16 GB Exchange database limit.

Any more info gimme a shout.

The client has less then 25 users. I was just curious about converting the two existing 2000 servers into 1 SBS2003
