Windows 2000 Server Repair Disk Failure

By qfulton@apparatuscomputer ·
I recently uninstalled a 3rd party software off my server and when it restarted it told me that the System file was missing. So I started to run the repair and when i put my repair disk in it said that a file from the repair disk is missing. Now my server wont boot up and I cant my system and run the repair. Can anyone tell me another way to get my repair to run and get my system back up.

HELP!!!!!!
