Hi, are you referring to nt 4.0 or nt2000? server? workstation? (or advanced server, professional?). Anyway, nt server provides file level security, interoperability with 9.x., 3.11, dos, novell, etc.; sever 4.0 allows 256 simultaneous ras connections; unlimited network connections (depends on licensing); win2k has active directory; both include IIS. Look at microsoft's site under both nt 4.0 server, nt2000 for a list of features and the differences between the two - same for nt wkstn versus ntprofessional. You can also post more specific questions so you can be pointed to specfic web pages/sites. I hope this helps.

gives you info or white papers to all the features of win2000
