WinNT Server uses temppf.sys

By kerst11 ·
One of our servers is using a temporary paging file, located in C:\winnt\system32 instead of the default C:\pagefile.sys
The pagefile seems to be set up correctly for the system, but when we check in Windows NT Diagnostics, Memory tab, it shows thewrong one. Why ???

the size of the pagefile is lower than recommended by MS.
SEE MS KB Article ID: Q257758

if that doesn't work delete the pagefile and create it on another partition and delete the temppf.sys
