Is it possible to upgrade directly from WinNT Server to WinXP Professional?
If so is their any known issues in doing so?

Hi,
I personally never done that before. I would image, though, you would run into problems if the WinNT Server was a domain controller. Mostly cause WinXP Pro can't do that. Also, WinXP has a stripted down version of IIS, so you probably wouldn't get all the benfits of IIS.
I guess you if the NT Server didn't really have any major roles (i.e. if it was just file storage server) it would work. This main question would be why would you want to upgrade NT Server to WinXP Pro and not Win2000 Server or .NET Server?
