I am selling picture fames I want people to be able to put the size of the fame and allow the program to give them a price of the different sizes and models. I heard of CGI but I don't know much about this is ther any thing out that would be good for begginers??

Create an Excel spreadsheet with the formulas and the fill in boxes.
Protect the formulas and hide them.
Protect the answers.
Save the file as read only and post it on the www site.
Call the folder into an html page or load it alone with a link.
For Maximum compatability us file save as to save the worksheet as an early version like Excel 4 or 5/95.
Good Luck!

You may want to learn some javascript, it would be good for the viewer to put in the code and click on a form and see a result, but the only problem I see with this is that you would still have to learn CGI programing if you want them to order off your page, unless you are doing this for them to get sample pricing, since with javascript you can't have them do any online ordering without the CGI backend.
