    xp system admin reset

    i,m trying to install a printer to a router and the dell software wants my system admin name and password. i don’t think i ever put one in. what do i do to find this or reset it?

      Try administrator as the account name. If that does not help, please see a computer repair shop in your area. We do not give out any advice here on how to bypass passwords.

      Or you can grab the Dell Recovery Disc and reinstall the OS

      And Software to a As New Software load.

      That will set you up to the way it was when it was first turned on.
