+ 0 Votes Use one of my favorite little file tools... CaptBilly1Eye 6 years ago It's called Unlocker. It will add a right-click context menu choice to 'unlock' a file or folder. I use it primarily when a file is locked by a program. You know... when you get the message saying "The file is in use by another program or user." or something similar. However Unlocker also provides the option to Delete. It it can't, it will on the next boot. So, I think it'll work for your situation as well. Oh... did I mention... it's FREE.
