How frustratingly mind-numbing the front-end tech's job is when we "fix" (band-aid) the same problems over and over . . . with never a resolution insight except "we're getting upgraded" and that takes YEARS. Then when we finally get our hands on the "upgrade" we experience the same network issues that have always been there, sapping productivity of the techs and the users. Execs don't care as long as their "numbers" are where they want them.
