First of all, make sure the user you do not want to browse the domains or webpages is a Limited User so that the user does not belong to the Administrators group.

You can use Notepad to edit the hosts file in C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts. If you want the other user not to see the ABC news, you can add the following two lines to the end of the file:
    127.0.0.1 abc.net.au
    127.0.0.1 www.abc.net.au

If the browser is pointed to the website, the user will see an error message. If the PC has a web server running, the message may be different, or you can just edit the index.html file to give a clear message to the user that s/he is up to no good.

For example... casalmedia and other such rubbish, from appearing. I was able to do it through a previous router, however the ability to achieve it on the current one does not appear to be there. I would prefer to stop it at router but if not, how to do it at the pc, please?
