+ 0 Votes WinPE 2.0 dan.cox 5 years ago Yes it is possible. I create them using Microsoft WINPE 2.0. The software is provide by WAIK(Microsoft's Windows Automated Installation Kit). There are full instructions on how to build a bootable USB key. It can also be done from the older version of PE. Easiest way is to download BartPE which is a user friendly GUI to create PE boot disks. It has a PE2USB function to create bootable USB keys/drives.
