Can TR maybe give us a date when this site will be back to a usable state?

The latest 5 questions today were all spam, thus the captcha seems to be real effective, no?
Oh wait, I will report those as spam......um, where is the button? It's not there.
And when I hit reply I get

or the Captcha seems to time out and claims entered captcha is incorrect.
Whoever is repsponsible for this site should go to Indeed dot com and find a career in a field other than IT.
