If you enter the service tag number at the Dell support site, you can get a fairly detailed list of the hardware in the system.

If you have not already, I would start with the Intel chip-set driver for the 965GM chip-set.

For some of the other hardware, it looks like the touchpad is a specific design for Dell. Try the Microsoft Update site for a driver.

Still, looking at the hardware, I prefer to run the 32-bit version of Windows on these older systems. As they are hardware limited to a 32-Bit RAM address bus, you don't get the full benefit of running a 64-bit OS anyhow.
