...you want to configure your router to give a certain DHCP range to each of your VLANs (different for each).

Yes that can be done at the VLAN configuration level.

I suggest you read the following:
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_1/iproute/configuration/guide/1cddhcp.html

but now i just want to know if it is possible to configure dhcp cisco router to give a pool of address at a sub network which will be the VLAN subnet.
is somebody works with Cluster Management Suite of CISCO just want to know if it is necessary that the switch are interconnect physicaly or just logically?

    dns-server 192.168.xxx.xxx
    domain-name whatever.com
ip dhcp excluded-address XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX for single address
ip dhcp excluded-address XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX for a range of addresses

    !
    ip dhcp pool vlan98
    network 192.168.98.0 255.255.255.0
    default-router 192.168.98.1
    dns-server 192.168.x.x
    !
    ip dhcp pool vlan101
    network 192.168.101.0 255.255.255.0
    default-router 192.168.101.1
    dns-server 192.168.x.x
