Assuming you have data, like most people, the only way to have no local storage is to have storage somewhere else.

Hmmmmm....some sort of third-party-hosted and fully distributed solution, on paper it would almost resemble a Cloud if you were to draw try to draw it. :)

I suppose technically a web-based application also would make your network Serverless, and Appless since there are no local servers or apps.

The issue, of course, is now your app availability and throughput is 100% dependent upon network uptime/latency and the competence or lack therof of whoever the third-party may be.

You would also perhaps need some sort of DR plan, maybe a rack full of servers in a climate controlled room in your facility, and maybe a small IT staff to manage all that. Oh wait, you already have that in place.....
