If you select more than one message at a time and print them together then the headers will print. There is a known bug - but since only three people have reported it, it's not very high on the priority list. This problem seems to have cropped up with an upgrade to IE7. There is an MSDN forum discussion at http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=909625&SiteID=1 Bypass: On critical / important emails, Bcc: yourself to get a good header copy. I wouldn't do this on all emails. 2) The header information is in the properties of the email itself. MS appear to have released a hotfix which should resolve the problem.
