Email it (forward the email) to the other account and receive it in the normal way as a new email. Simple. :)

Thunderbird does not make it easy to transfer mail from one computer to another.

The simple way works best if you have not received any mail on the new computer.

On the old computer, browse to:

    C:\Documents and Settings\{user name}\Application Data\Thunderbird\Profiles\{account}.default\Mail

Then copy the mail folder and subfolders to the new system.

If you already have mail on the new system, open Thunderbird on the old system and create a new folder such as transfer.
Move or copy all of the mail you wish to transfer to the new folder.

Copy the files from the Thunderbird mail folder as above, and then place the files in the mail folder on the new computer.
