If you created a Backup (.BKF) file using NTbackup utility then you can restore the entire mailboxes from Exchange server backup at the New server location

These days, it is an urge to move on to exchange 2013 skipping exchange 2010 upgrade.By far, Microsoft never agree to your decisions and it doesn't allow you to migrate directly to a version skipping an earlier one. You can carry out only incremental migration using the manual process or using native tools. You must use a third party tool here to avoid risks involved and to carry out hassle free migration. For suggestions, seek advice or suggestions from community.
      Thanks

      Hi Brian,
Thanks for your suggestion.I have tried some communities but the result is not satisfactory for me and I don't want to take any sort of risk as the data is really valuable. So,it would be perfect if you suggest me any third party tool which will solve my issue.

      Thanks

      Hello Shawn,
There are a lot of 3rd party tools available for the data migration between any 2 version of exchange server. You can go for Ontrack power controls, Lucid8, Lepide Recovery Manager.
Lepide Exchange recovery manager is among the favorites as it allows you to do recovery and migration both with effective brick level backup/restoration. Also, the EDiscovery feature adds to it appreciation factors.
