Help Desk Package

Hi,
I am looking for the best Help Desk software package out there would take care of not only my help desk need but also my IT Inventory. I would like to have something better than TrackIT.

    We are implementing a package called Connectwise (www.connectwise.com). It looks really great from whatI have been able to do on the training company. I'm not sure what the price is, but I think it's kinda up there.

    I'm just wondering if they match mine. It works okay for the techs at our primary site, but it runs like frozen molasses from the remote site where I am.

    SQL Server database, lots of reports, and tracks jobs, clients, site, assets and knowledge base. Also has a unique 3-tiered templates system to build a helpdesk workflow. Includes web, desktop, escalation, active directory, and auto email-to-ticket generation.
