Help to remove babylon toolbar

Don't know how does this nasty toolbar appreared on my laptop, it's too annoying.
I thought i can remove it, uninstall it from chrome extensions and control panels, but it's still there on my browsers, what's the **** is going on?
How do I fix this ****?
