How do I set up BEFSX41 router behind Zoom X6 2+ modem router?

WestCoastJagLTD
Want to isolate a wired network behind the BEFSX41 and leave the Zoom X6 to play modem/firewall/wireless "less safe" zone. Everything is Windows based. One "gaming" pc and the TiVo will use the X6 directly via wired and wireless respectively. Main desktop/quasi-server (which I'll designate MDQS) and a my laptop would be run through the SX41. Want MDQS to send & receive to the TiVo. Want MDQS and laptop to have internet access & talk to each other. Want the gaming pc NOT to see behind the SX41 in any way, but able to game on internet. TiVo of course needs internet. Currently the MDQS, laptop & TiVo all work through the X6, and all have MAC-address-assigned static IPs. I do occaisionally take laptop to patio and enable wifi card, which has its own MAC-address-assigned static IP setup - but this option is not an imperative to me. *Want* to keep using static IP's all around, if possible (obviously they won't be the same behind the SX41). Do not currently use DHCP.

What I *THINK* I know . . .

Keep X6 generally as is but-
-add static IP to list for the coming gamer pc.
-remove static IPs for MDQS and laptop.
-add SX41 static IP for its MAC address???

Install ENet cable from SX41 WAN to any of the 4 X6 LAN ports and-
-hook MDQS & laptop to any of the 4 SX41 LAN ports.

Settings wise, I *THINK* -
(call X6's LAN IP 10.11.12.1 & subnet 255.255.255.0; UPnP is off on X6 & no custom port or VPN is configed on X6 but of course gamer pc may need ports open so TBD on that)
-DHCP off on X6
-give SX41 static LAN IP of 10.11.13.1 ???
-give SX41 DIFFERENT subnet, say 255.255.251.0 ???
-give MDQS & laptop new SX41 based static IPs on SX41 and reconfigure their network connections accordingly, of course

Lost after that - most likely before that!
Addtnl info:
Currently use WPA security for the wireless. MDQS has latest Zone Alarm internet security suite, which is problematic at times as is. Everything is XP or 2K. Just use file encryption and XP firewall on laptop while on my wired or wireless network, and disable all sharing when on road and using other wired/wireless network.

ANY help would be most appreciated!

TIA

have to subnet the BEFSX41 from the perimeter router.

note the WAN link on the BEFSX41 has to be on the local subnet of the perimeter router.
