There are many devices out there that can accommodate this need for you. The Realvnc option would involve some port forwarding in your firewall device. It looks like your device is capable of VPN configuration on its own.

Is this configuration of your CISCO beyond your expertise? If so you may want to hire a professional. In our pfsense days, we would typically hand a VPN device (like a sonic wall VPN) off of the main pfsense router. Then your router is just passing VPN traffic to the specific VPN device.

Of course deffinately a VNC software solution would do the trick. I would recomend a configuration where you were only allowing VNC traffic from very specific IP's if possible, rather than leaving it up to a user and password alone.
