+ 0 Votes You say... "before WE were upgraded"..... ThumbsUp2 6 years ago Are you using a company computer, or is this at home and your ISP has done some sort of upgrade? If the latter, contact the ISP. They may have minimum system requirements after the upgrade. It's entirely possible Outlook 2000 is no longer compatible, the equipment you're using to connecto to them is no longer compatible or even that you must now make configuration settings changes to STAY compatible with their upgrade. If it's the first and indeed you're at work, contact your system administrator.
