To delete a user do so:
First of all you need to know the username, wich you like to delete.
"sh run" should show you all users that are configured on the router/switch.
Now go to "xxx(config)#" prompt
(enable <RETURN> - return, config <RETURN>),
then type in:
"no username xxxx(user) password <RETURN>.
Now if you show the "running-config"
(sh run), then the delted user shold be not listed. Show allso in the "line con 0" if there is a password set. If so, and there is no additional username, nobody wold login evermore, caus you would asked foe a Username, but there is no one. So you has to delete the password for line con 0 to.
