OK, follow the instructions from any one of these pages:

But you want to set the Value to 1, not 0. Since you already have these disabled, the registry entry is likely already there, and you won't need to create it.

If you have XP Pro or MCE, you can use Group Policy:

I am using windows 7 ultimate. Will that work for windows 7 *** for windows XP?

In Control Panel, go to your device in Device Manager and double click on it to bring up it's properties. Click on Policies tab. You should now see Removals Policy if supported for your device. Pick the option you want - they are explained there.

I opened Control Panel and Device Manager but I don't know on what I should click to see the Policies Tab. I am using windows 7 ultimate. Help me please by giving me more details. Thanks

with Quick Removal on, you don't need the message, as the device is always safe to remove as long as you aren't actively copying something to it.

But if you really want this, you change to "Better Performance".
