How to Reset Toshiba A105-S101 Bios Password

I have a Toshiba Satellite A105-S101 and it I can not remember the Bios Password that i put on a couple years ago. I have tried taking the battery out and holding the power button for 20 seconds and then replacing and powering on again, but nothing. I have also taken the laptop apart to locate the CMOS battery, but it is soldered to the motherboard so that wont work either. Help me please!!

    They don't work that way any more (it's called "improved security").

    Ring up Toshiba or the vendor you bought it from. Be able to prove the unit is yours.
