If you have Yahoo webmail, that means your email account has been hacked. This either happens from a webpage that has hijacked your webmail login, or the Yahoo server itself was hacked. Yahoo has the worst security on planet Earth. If you have an email client like outlook express, some viruses steal your contact list and send spam from your email account.

or breached email accounts. Some spammers have figured out that many
people will open these emails, and by embedding 1x1 pixel images in the
message, can confirm the email address as a live person. Also, some of
these email messages are what are termed "phishing" attempts...an
attempt to trick the user into handing out passwords, bank account details
or other forms of identity theft. If you are positive you did not send the
message, either delete the spam, or contact your email service provider
to see if they would want you to forward the suspect email.

Well above this is directly related with your system only and and that's what the best you can do..let you download a PC Monitoring Software so that you can monitor the current activity running in your pc. The next thing is about to stop the unauthorized activity and finally to kill it permanently.
here the soft. which you can use : http://activity-logger.com/features.html

And Its Coming with a trial.

    Cheers..!!
