I can't print web pages

yorckl
Running XP firefox I can't print any web pages. I have to copy and paste into word and then it will print. It can print web pages in IE.

This all started after I downloaded the software for my Palm lllc.

Also Google earth tells me it has an ActiveX conflict.

I have removed all unnecessary programs, reinstalled Firefox latest and rebooted each time I added or deleted something.

I have deleted and reinstalled my hp laserjet 2000 printer.

when I click Print preview I get a blank page
when I click print I get a blank, printed page,

any suggestions

Thanks

Which version of Windows XP? Which version of Palm software?

According to the PALM web site, many versions of Windows XP are not supported. Also, there are quite a few articles about the older PALM software having no upgrade path. They're old technology.

If it were me, I would uninstall the PALM software. But, let's see what your answers to the questions are.
