Internet Connectivity Problem--Entire Network Loses Connectivity Every Day

mbpros01
For the past week I have had Internet Connectivity Problems. I have a Server and 2 desktops wired into my modem/router, and I have a Linksys wireless router (2 notebooks are tied into the wireless router).

Comcast Business would simply reset my modem when I was having connectivity problems, but I can't keep having that done because it boots my clients off my server. They tried assigning a new Static IP, but that didn't help. They gave me a new SMC8014 modem/router, but that didn't help. I even disabled ZoneAlarm firewall on one of my desktops, but that didn't help.

I also have made sure each computer is configured the same (I assigned each computer a Static IP, and I have the same DNS Servers for each computer rather than the Obtain IP automatically and Obtain DNS automatically).

What's strange is when this happens for the most part (not always, though) my clients can connect to my server still, but it's just that I can't get out (sometimes my clients do have trouble connecting to the server). And it happens almost always twice a day....everything will be working great for 12 hours or so and then suddenly connectivity is lost. Only resetting the modem/router seems to help, and that's not a realistic solution.

Any ideas? Any help at all?

Thanks,
Steve
