When I open up IE it goes to the homepage. No problem. Then when I click on one of the hyperlinks within the page in IE that links to another page, no problem, IE just goes to the site. BUT, if I type in the address for that same page in the address bar instead of clicking on a link, IE does nothing and Firefox opens, and pulls up the page. Also, if I click on a Java link, up comes firefox. This last part is really irritating because some things only run in IE. I tried removing the program files to see what happens. Then IE stops and a dialogue box pops up which says "application missing"-- I'm paraphrasing... that's not a quote. Cheers!
