Micros 3700 how to add an item with choices for upcharge

We have an older Micros 3700 system in our restaurant and need to add a menu item that is a "create your own". Once we have the base main item set up with the base price, how do you add a group of vegie choices and a group of meat choices each with a price that will add to the base menu create your own item?
