Hi All,

One off my users mail file .pst is huge 2Gb & it's quit make me headache. Im using Microsoft Outlook 2003.
Is that's any software that can give a warning to end users if the file .pst will reach 2Gb ?

    Since you're using Outlook 2003, you can migrate your .pst's to the 2003 version, which removes the 2GB limit.

    There is a feature built in that can archive (move) old messages into the archive.pst file thus reducing the size of the main (outlook) pst file. Why not use it and teach your user where to look for old email? Then, just because it's a good idea to backup everything, there's a download (add-on) that can be installed to automatically backup all of the pst files on a regular basis, archive included and you can tell it where to put the backup file. That add-on is available through MS Office Downloads and is called PST Backup, of course.
