Move pst file to Exchange Server

What is the easiest way to do this. I read that you can use Exmerge and I read you can somehow just drag and drop folders in Outlook?

You can do both. If the mailbox exists on the Exchange server, then you can use Exmerge to merge the data back.

You also can just open the mailbox and pst in Outlook and copy the data like that.

I use the Import wizard in Outlook when doing this sort of thing. It copies all contents of the PST at once and you don't have to go to the back end where a small mistake could end up as a large pain.
