coolteen.clear
If you have any advice please help, just got a brand new desk and when I switched my PC on and tested the sound it only came out the left speaker and no sound came out of the right one. I plugged it in to my radio both worked fine, if you have any suggestions I'd appreciate it!!

What has a desk to do with the sound from your PC speakers?

Are the speakers in the desk?

If so, how are they connected to the PC?

What did you plug in to your radio?

How does this desk work - I want one!

This could be anything from a bad mini-jack to a loose or broken wire inside the PC.

First, open the mixer console and make sure that the right volume is up as far as the left volume, and that the right channel is not muted.

Next, with sound playing, slowly rotate the speaker plug in the jack. This can clean a dirty jack, or find a working spot on a poorly designed jack.

The jack is plugged in all the way?

If none of these ideas work, the system needs to be opened up and checked for electrical problems.
