I had a very similar issue, I couldn't post at all, it kept forwarding me to page that said my question already existed. I emailed tech support, it took them about 2 days to get back to me, then another few days for them to tell me it was fixed, and sure enough I tried it out and had no problems.
So, what I'm saying is, email TechRepublic's tech support.
