Outlook 2003 Unread Mail Folder

I accidentally deleted the Unread Mail folder. Is there a simple way to get it back?

Is it .PST or are you on Exchange?

Don't know if you still have the problem but I found the solution - it is goto:
    >File >New > Search Folder >Unread Mail

Once you have the unread mail folder sitting in front of you using the instructions provided by Don, there should be a title bar for that folder (says "Unread Mail") just under the toolbar at the top. Right click that title bar and choose "Add to Favorites" which will put the "Unread Mail" folder back into the "Favorites" section of the left navigation bar.

But there is nothing on the screen!

Thanks the threads got the Unread back into the favourites!!

Our Reception has a lot of mailboxes, 1 for each Meeting Room where staff can book special requirements/catering for meetings.

Mail show up unread but she can't see it. Only the read mails are there??

Business is still running Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2000 I think (I am OL2007 hence a bit lost)

    Thanks

    Any version of Outlook
    Close Outlook

go to: start\run type outlook /resetnavpane
    hit enter

Outlook will now open with the original favourites restored

This won't affect any additional mailboxes which you have added.
