pc reboots afew times before working

my pc reboots a few times,before windows screen then a few times in windows before it works fine,can someone please help in telling me what the problem can be.can it be a virus?

    Hey,

    What type of system is it, make, model. Also what changes have been done to the computer before the issue occured. For example, windows updates, New driver, hardware, software, basically anything that has changed. Also what have you done to try and fix this, so we are not trying to tell you to fix the same thing. That would be quite a waste of time for us all ha-ha.

    Please provide as much as possible, that would give us all a better chance of helping you with the issue.

    Check memory with memtest or similar, temperature and event viewer to see if this a Windows error or just hardware issue.

    Pc restart when you type any command in run manu ?

    May be the heatsink of the processor is full of dust or... your mootherboard is already defective due to blown capacitor...

    i already have encountered this problem...
