Problems with NAT on Cisco PIX 501

novatec1
I am having problems keeping my users on the Internet. The NAT seems to work fine after rebooting the PIX, but after a period of inactivity (like overnight) the user cannot get back on the Internet. A quick look at the "show xlate" command shows that their address is not being translated. The following is my configuration. Any help is greatly appreciated.
