Pulling Yahoo finance data into Microsoft Excel

dbyrt
I've managed to use Excel to pull stock data from Yahoo Finance. It updates my excel page at the fastest rate (1 min), which is great.
Unfortunately, Yahoo Finace doesn't have data fields for 'high' and 'low' for the current day. There is a field called "Day's Range", with a format of "25.50 - 28.70", e.g. "low - high"

This comes across to excel okay too, but then how can I use it? I need to split it into two columns, one for low and one for high. I've tried everything and can't get it to work. Help?

You didn't tell us how it is that you go about filling the data in Excel. Are you using a macro/VB Script?

Not sure what you have tried so far because "have tried everything" doesn't tell us much. But, have you tried splitting the contents of the cell based on finding the "dash and spaces" between the two figures? That can easily be done using VB.
