kb42930
Why is it that I get this message when I follow your direction for slipstreaming?
I type C:\XP_sp2>WindowsXP-KB35935-SP2-ENU /integrate=C:\WinXP and get this error message " C:\XP_sp2 is not recognized as an internal or external operable program or batch file?
Tried eveal times.

    from Greg Shultz.
Make sure that you are at the command prompt.

Create two folders in the root directory on your hard disk: one called WXP-SP2 and the other called D-SP2.
Use drag-and-drop to copy the entire contents of the original XP CD to the WXP-SP2 folder.
Download the network installation version of SP2 and copy it to the D-SP2 folder.
Rename the WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU.exe file to Wxpsp2.exe.
Open a command prompt window and at the prompt type CD \D-SP2 and press [Enter].
At the prompt, type Wxpsp2.exe /integrate:C:\WXP-SP2 and press [Enter].
When the extraction and integration operation is complete, you can use drag-and-drop to copy the entire contents of the C:\WXP-SP2 to your CD-RW drive and burn the files to a CD.

I still can't get it to Slipstream XP and SP2. I don't know Dos.
But on XP PRO I went to the Programs, Accessories, Command Promp. And opened a Dos window I think.
It opens a Dos window with this line " C:\Documents and Settings\Keith Barkley>_"
    With the underline flashing.
Then type in CD \D-SP2 and hit enter.
Get errow message " The system can not find the path specified."
I put the Folder D-SP2 on C drive and renamed its folder Wxpsp2.exe.
Don't know what to do now?
